Refund policy

At Fitness Factory, we are committed to ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction with every product they purchase. Our aim is to facilitate a fair and hassle-free process for exchanges or refunds.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you have the original sales receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accompanying manuals, parts, and accessories, and it should be in its original re-saleable condition. Please note that damaged goods will not be eligible for a refund.

For cardio and strength training machine returns, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied since these items cannot be re-packaged or sold as new. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping and transportation charges for returning the product, especially for items that were shipped.

Refunds for returned items will be processed at the original purchase price, inclusive of applicable sales tax, using the same method of payment initially used. This means the refund will be credited back to your original payment method once we receive the returned item(s).

Please be aware that we are unable to refund the original delivery and return pick-up handling charges, and all shipping costs associated with returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that Fitness Factory reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, and refunds.
